********公司****集團****省委、省政府賦予的發展會展經濟的職責使命,組建成立的集場館運營管理、會展活動主承辦、會展配套服務等于一體的省級國有會展綜合服務企業,并致力打造**龍頭會展企業。****商務廳****中心,成立于2000年,業務涵蓋境內外組展、自辦展、商務團組、會務活動及文旅活動策劃與執行,參與了近100個重點境內外貿易活動的組織和服務工作,參與執行了3屆中非經貿博覽會,承辦執行了8屆中國國際食品餐飲博覽會、6屆航天航空航海產業發展論壇、2屆中博會、3屆**(**)口岸經貿博覽會等國家級、省級重點展會項目。目前已累計服務各類大中型展會近2000場,執行展覽面積規模近1000萬㎡。
現因工作需要,****公開招聘職業經理人1名,有關事宜公告如下:

二、基本條件、任職資格和崗位職責
(一)基本條件

2.具有一定的專業素質。熟悉現代企業組織運作模式,熟悉國家宏觀經濟政策、行業政策及相關法律法規,了解行業發展動態和方向;具有較豐富的企業管理知識與經驗。
3.具有較強的業務能力。有戰略思維和創新思維,具備較強的專業能力、決策能力、執行能力、組織協調能力。
4.具有較豐富的相關崗位從業經歷,有市場認可、公認度較高的成功任職經歷。
5.具有良好的身心素質。有健康的身體和職業心態,心理承受與調適能力較強,能夠適應復雜環境,勝任繁重工作。
6.無法律法規、上級部門有關制度禁止的情形。

三、招聘流程
(一)報名
1.報名時間:2024年1月28日-2月29日17:00。報名截止時間后發送的報名資料以及未按要求提交報名資料者不納入資格審查范圍。
2.報名方式:采取網上報名,應聘人員將報名資料發送至報名郵箱****@163.com,郵件及壓縮包的標題格式為“會展集團+總經理崗位+姓名”,壓縮包內掃描件名稱應為文件相應內容。
3.報名資料要求:
(1)所有報名資料均需發送掃描件(PDF格式),報名資料僅應用于此次招聘,不公開、不退還。
(2)填寫《****集團應聘表》Word版本(附件2),與掃描件一并發送。
(3)個人身份證(雙面),學歷、學位證書,學信網關于個人學歷學位的認證證明,國外學歷****服務中心出具的認證報告。
(4)近期1寸彩色證件電子照片。
(5)其他材料,包括職稱、資格證書、獲獎證書、發表的論文資料等。
(二)資格審查
根據應聘人員提交的報名資料進行資格審查。通過資格審查的人員,以電話或短信通知參加筆試、面試,未通過資格審查的,將不另行通知。
(三)筆試
1.筆試時間和地點另行通知。
2.筆試采取閉卷的方式,主要測評應聘人員的基礎素質、專業知識以及思維方式和個人能力。
(四)面試
根據筆試成績由高分到低分,按不低于3:1的比例確定參加面試人員,面試采用半結構化面試,主要測評應聘人員的舉止儀表、語言表達、組織協調、分析和解決問題的能力等。
(五)考察與體檢
根據綜合表現,按人崗匹配原則確定考察人選,履行以下流程:
1.體檢。****醫院進行體檢。
2.考察。對考察人選進行人事考察(含人事檔案審核)。
3.未參加體檢、考察或考察不合格者,不能進入下一環節。集團可根據綜合成績排名依次等額遞補,遞補如無合適人選則核減或取消該崗位招聘計劃。
(六)公示
考察與體檢結束后,經討論決定擬錄用人員,擬錄用人員名單公示期為5個工作日。公示期滿無異議的,按規定辦理相關手續;公示期內反映的問題經查實影響錄用的,取消其錄用資格。
四、管理及薪酬待遇
(一)實行聘任制和任期制。****總經理的全球招聘采取職業經理人聘任方式,****集團黨委決定,一般3年一個任期(其中試聘期1年),試聘期滿經考核合格,辦理正式聘用手續。
(二)契約化管理。由公司與職業經理人簽訂勞動合同、聘任合同和經營業績責任書(年度和任期)。
(三)實行年薪制。通過選聘的職業經理人薪酬結構包括基本年薪、績效年薪、任期激勵,年度綜合薪酬約100萬元。****公司工資序列核定,績效年薪、任期激勵等與經營業績和考核結果掛鉤。
五、其他事項
1.嚴肅選人用人工作紀律,堅決抵制各類選人用人的不正之風,對應聘人員在招聘工作中發生的違規違紀行為,一經查實,取消其應聘資格并嚴肅處理。

Hunan Convention and Exhibition Group Co., Ltd is a provincial state-owned comprehensive exhibition service enterprise formed by the Hunan Tourism Group to fulfill the mission of developing the exhibition economy assigned by the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government. I. Basic Requirements, Qualifications, and Job Description
(I) Basic Requirements
1. Strict adherence to all laws and regulations, dedication to work, adherence to professional ethics and social morality, with good professional integrity and personal conduct.
2. Possession of Professional competence. Familiar with the operation mode of modern enterprises, national macroeconomic policies, industry policies and related laws and regulations, understand the development trends and direction of the industry, with rich knowledge and experience in enterprise management.
3. Possession of strong business proficiency. Strategic and innovative thinking, with strong professional, decision-making, executive, and organizational coordination skills.
4. Rich experience in related positions with market recognition and a high degree of public recognition of successful tenure in previous positions.

Online registration, applicants send registration materials to the registration email , the title format of the email and zip file should be "Exhibition Group + General Manager Position + Name.", the scanned file name inside the zip file should correspond to the respective content.

1. All registration materials must be sent as scanned documents (PDF format), which will only be used for this recruitment and will not be disclosed or returned.
2. Fill in the "Hunan Tourism Group Application Form"(Annex 2) in Word version and send it along with the scanned copy.
3. Personal ID card (both sides), academic degree certificates and diploma, proof of personal academic statement from the China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center, and certification reports for foreign education provided by the Ministry of Education's Service Center for Study Abroad.
4. Recent 1-inch color electronic photo.
5. Other materials, including professional titles, qualification certificates, award certificates and published paper.
(II) Eligibility Review
Qualification review is conducted based on the registration materials submitted by applicants. Those who pass the qualification review will be notified via phone or text message to participate in the written test and interview, while those who fail the qualification review will not be notified separately.
(III) Written Test
1. The time and location of the written test will be notified separately.
2. The written test will be conducted in a closed-book format, primarily assessing the applicants' basic qualities, professional knowledge, thinking mode, and personal capabilities.
(IV) Interview
Based on the written test scores from high to low, select candidates for the interview at a ratio of not less than 3:1. The interview will adopt a semi-structured format, mainly evaluating the candidates' demeanor, language expression, organizational coordination, and problem analysis and solving abilities.
(V) Background Investigation and Health Examination
Based on comprehensive performance, identify candidates for inspection according to the principle of matching personnel to positions.
Process:
1. Health examination. Conduct a physical examination at the designated hospital.
2. Investigation. Conduct a background investigation (including personnel file review) on the candidates.
3. Those who do not participate in the health examination and inspection or failed in the inspection cannot enter the next link. The Group may, according to the comprehensive ranking, fill vacancies in order or reduce or cancel the recruitment plan for the position if there are no suitable candidates.
(VI) Public Notice
After the investigation and physical examination are completed, the candidates proposed for employment will be decided upon discussion. The list of personnel to be recruited will be publicly posted for 5 working days. If there are no objections after the public notice expires, the relevant procedures will be processed according to the regulations. If any problems reflected during the public notice period are verified to affect the employment, the candidate's employment qualification will be canceled.
I. Management and Remuneration
I. Implementation of Appointment System and Term System
The global recruitment of the General Manager of Hunan Exhibition Group adopts the method of appointing professional managers, and the term is decided by the Group Party Committee, generally with a term of 3 years (including a 1-year probationary period). After the probationary period, if the assessment is satisfactory, the formal appointment procedures will be carried out.

The company and the professional manager will sign a labor contract, appointment contract, and business performance responsibility letter (annual and term).
I. Implementation of Annual Salary System
The remuneration structure for selected professional managers includes basic annual salary, performance-based annual salary, and term incentives, with an annual comprehensive salary of approximately RMB 1 million. The basic annual salary is determined based on the salary sequence, while performance-based annual salary and term incentives are linked to business performance and assessment results.
