三、招聘流程

（一）報名

四、管理及薪酬待遇

（一）實行聘任制和任期制。****總經理的全球招聘采取職業經理人聘任方式，****集團黨委決定，一般3年一個任期（其中試聘期1年），試聘期滿經考核合格，辦理正式聘用手續。

（二）契約化管理。由公司與職業經理人簽訂勞動合同、聘任合同和經營業績責任書（年度和任期）。
